Prince 10 Infrastructure Is In Place—Ready for Development

These photos document the extensive underground utility work completed at the Prince 10 development site in Tucson, Arizona. With power, water, sewer, natural gas, and communications infrastructure installed, pad sites are shovel-ready. Buyers and tenants can move forward without the delays typically associated with off-site improvements.

• 12-inch water lines installed and backfilled along Fort Lowell and the I-10 frontage road
• 10-inch sewer lines and manholes placed, grouted, and encased for long-term durability
• 10-inch tap into the existing 72” sewer interceptor insuring sanitary sewer capacity
• 6-inch electrical PVC and 2-inch fiber optic communication conduits installed in shared trenches throughout the project
